About Bladow Construction
Bladow Construction is committed to completing your custom home design project on time and to your complete satisfaction. Bladow Construction offers expertise in new home construction, major remodels, and design work in the lakes area. Bladow Construction is in its third generation of ownership. The nice thing with Bladow Construction; all of the ownership has been family ownership. Rick's father passed the traits on to Rick, while Rick did the same thing with his sons. Three generations strong is Bladow Construction. Rick Bladow originally went to college to be a draftsman. Rick's education as a draftsman has really allowed Bladow Construction to be a full service construction company. Working with many of the homes for both new construction and major remodels in the Ottertail Lakes Area, Rick's expertise has allowed Bladow Construction to design and build some magnificent homes in the lakes area.

1966
In 1966 Rick’s dad first started the business.
1975
Rick took over ownership of the business from his dad.
1995
Rick and his two sons Jeremy and Andy joined together to establish Bladow & Sons Construction.
2019
Rick & his daughter Tiffany are still designing & constructing homes in the Lakes Area. Over 50 plus years and many projects later, we would like to thank all of our past customers for their loyalty and our potential customers for putting your trust in Bladow Construction, where experience really does count.

Bladow Construction takes a full service approach to your home design. Rick Bladow, owner of Bladow Construction is also a talented draftsman, that has spanned numerous decades.
Rick takes key concepts from the initial meeting with clients to prepare a rough draft of what the home will look like including various room sizes. From there the plans are refined and fine tuned with the client. Rick has used this approach for numerous decades.
