RIck takes key concepts from the initial meeting with clients to prepare of rough draft of what the home will look like including various room sizes. From there the plans are refined and fine tuned with the client. Rick has used this approach for numerous decades 

Rick gained his training in drafting through a two-year design course in Wahpeton, ND at the State College of Science. Rick has utilized this training to draft client concepts into client dreams. Backed by the construction side of Bladow Construction client dreams have been turned into client reality.
